The highly anticipated first book of Naples, Florida art instructor Marco Bronzini is now available for purchase through Swan Walk Publishing, Co. Illustrated with 20 vivid colour illustrations; “The Ten Commandments of Fine Art” purifies the discussion of fine art into a refined conversation of excellence about the medium and its giants. The book offers more than easy readability; it encourages passionate exploration in one’s own search for inspiration and artistic style. From the novice painter to the trained artist, Bronzini’s “Ten Commandments” extends the fine art education beyond the classroom.

Marco Bronzini’s love of his native Provence and his passion for classical music and Italian opera are reflected in the vivid colors and sensuous lines of his paintings. In 1975, he was awarded a four-year scholarship to the Royal Academy of Art in London, England and graduated with a B.A. in 1980. Bronzini has lived, worked, and exhibited in Germany, England, Scotland, France, and the United States. His paintings are found in many private collections, including: The Paul Mellon collection, the Astor family, and the Guinness family. He is fondly remembered in John Skeaping’s auto-biography “Drawn from Life.” In 2003, Marco opened his own art school in Naples, Florida with art classes available from October-April each year. His work is contained in the permanent collections of the Cornell Museum of Fine Arts, Orlando, Florida and the Morse Museum of Fine Art in Winter Park, Florida. As a popular instructor, Bronzini believes in creating an “awareness that ‘painting’ is another word for ‘colors.’” His book reads as a casual exchange with a fine art contemporary: the overuse of white – a typical habit for the untrained artist; the artist’s search for colors, even in the deepest shadows or the brightest light; the painter’s need to study nature as much as possible in order to become more diverse.

“This keepsake book deserves a special place in the library of every college, university, and high school, and any place where the fine art student and fine art teacher come together for the purpose of a comprehensive education.” Karen Randall, Instructor, Delaware Technical and Community College.
